ALGEBRA
In class: Worked on the chapter test.
Assignment: Page 57, (1-29).

Pre Algebra
In Class: Applied addition of integers to integer vocabulary.
Assignment: Complete the integer vocabulary questions 1-12, then use the integer value chart to find their sum.

English
Bell Work: Students worked on writing bingo today.
In Class: We took short story notes and were assigned the practice questions. We also began a literary term worksheet
Assignment: Practice questions and lit term worksheet due tomorrow. Lit term quiz on Friday. First square of writing bingo due Sept. 4. Begin reading Independent Reading books for 1st quarter points.

The HISTORY Experience
In Class: We reviewed for the chapter 4 test that will be given in class tomorrow.
Assignment: STUDY Notes Packet for the TEST… which is tomorrow… I’m just saying.

SCIENCE
In Class: We took a quiz over the HR Digram. We started labeling the layers of the sun on a handout using the book.
Assignment: Come in and take your quiz. Get out and look at the stars!!
Journal: We studied for the quiz.
